SCHOOL PLANS SERVICE FOR BRAME DAYTON — Colonel White High School will hold a memorial service today to honor Dayton police Officer Kevin Brame, an alumnus who was shot and killed Nov. 1, 1999, while off-duty. The public is welcome to attend the 6 p.m. service at 501 Niagara Ave. Brame, 31, a six-year police department veteran, graduated from the school in 1986. His family, classmates and teachers are expected to attend, Principal Gerry Griffith said.
