Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl comments on the November 1, 1999, murder of Dayton Police Officer Kevin Brame, and pleads for assistance from the community in helping to solve the crime. Officer Brame was shot from behind in the late evening hour outside his childrens’ home in Dayton. The murder remains a Cold Case. Law enforcement agencies are offering up to a $100,000 Reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect(s) involved in the crime.
